Fall Themes

One of my favorite seasons is here! FALL.

Earth tones. Beanies. Jackets. Halloween. Candy. Warm drinks. Rain. Clouds.

Ironically, prepping for my Fall Shop update, started before Summer. Working on art is difficult when you have a full time job, home life & lots of animals to take care of. I love it all though. Making time for art is crucial though!

With all honesty, after I showcased at Nashville Comic Con 2023, I took a longer break than expected. It was hard for me to find inspiration. I questioned my art way more than I should have; self-doubt creeps up on you sometimes.

I applied to multiple shows for the rest of the year, but I wasn’t accepted into any of them. That made me take a step back to look at my portfolio. I have so much more to show, but I haven’t made it yet! So, as discouraging as it was, it also made me want to fight harder for wanting to put my art out there.

I still want to make my own Shirts, Sweaters, Beanies, more Stationary items, Bags. At some points I even think about more collaboration opportunities.

I digress.

I’m happy with all the Halloween and Fall art that I’ve created so far. It’s opened the door to new items like Greeting Cards, Sticker Grams and opening Commissions finally!
